Allied Waste Services currently owns and operates a total of two single stream Material Recovery Facilities in the Dallas / Fort Worth market.  Each of our recycling facilities is designed to facilitate participation in recycling in both the public and private sectors.  Allied is committed to making recycling accessible, efficient, and environmentally sound, while being cost effective, in minimizing as much salvageable material as possible from entering landfills.

We also own and operate the largest recycling facility ever constructed in Dallas County.  This 78,000 sq. ft. plant can process up to 6,000 tons each month.  We currently process the residential materials listed above from 21 municipalities as well as commercial and industrial cardboard and office paper in the greater Dallas area.

Our Plano facility is also a state-of-the-art single stream recycling facility.  The 55,000 sq. ft. facility can process up to 6,000 tons each month.  The facility processes residential recycle material as well as commercial and industrial cardboard and office paper in the greater Plano area.  This facility is approximately 45 miles from the City of Watauga.
